Brief description:

The objective of the project segment "Applying Models and Business Plans for the Development of Social Enterprises in North Rhine-Westphalia" is the identification of particularly successful business plans used by social firms and social departments and their application in the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia. Companies in the Federal Republic of Germany will be examined as well as companies and business plans in European countries that are members of the development partnership (particularly Great Britain and Italy) in the context of transnationality. A statistical, quantitative record of German social firms will be drawn up and a qualitative analysis made of exceptional approaches to personnel and business management as well as to co-operations with other commercial enterprises. The results will be adopted by North Rhine-Westphalia in a number of ways.
