Brief description:

The project segment focuses on setting up Communities of Practice (CoP groups) within the North Rhine-Westphalian state consortium. A practical, constantly updated qualitative and quantitative operative comparison of social firms in North Rhine-Westphalia is to be made possible through the systematic exchange of expertise. This promotes the reliability of entrepreneurial plans and actions, and thus the consolidation and modernisation strategies of companies. During the project, experts will monitor one or two CoP groups that are initiated as pilot projects, a matrix will be developed for a systematic comparison of companies, and promoters will be trained and coached. A more comprehensive CoP architecture (according to spatial and/or sector-specific criteria) will be designed so that CoP groups can continue to be established throughout the country even after the project has been concluded. A plan is being developed to create a business network (including network management) that will allow synergy effects between the various CoP groups.
