Brief description:

The purpose of the cooperation between the non-profit painting company Allerhand - gemeinnützige Integrationsfirma GmbH and the Groll painting company is to maintain competitiveness and to expand the range of services offered by both companies. The high qualifications of the Groll painting company were linked with the personnel reserves of the AllerHand painting company. On the one hand, the superior image of the social firm is emphasized when dealing with certain customers from the public, social and ecclesiastical sectors, while on the other hand, the superior image of the private enterprise is emphasized when bidding for larger and particularly demanding jobs requiring expert knowledge. This increases the chances that the cooperating companies will be granted the contract. Their cooperation is especially evident during joint appearances when bidding for contracts, the exchange of contracts and personnel for specific jobs, the subcontracting work performed by the AllerHand gGmbH for the Groll painting company, the transfer of know-how as well as the expert support provided by the Groll painting company.
