The social firm HFR gGmbH Rümpelfix Münster cooperates with three private enterprises from the food service, woodworking, and bicycle sales sectors. Their goal is to expand the business activities of the social firm, open up new market segments and further qualify its employees through joint projects. The cooperation with the private enterprises was built up in such a way that all partners benefit financially. The companies realize their goal when, for example, participating companies must cooperate to be awarded jobs.
