Brief description:
ProWerk cooperates with a private enterprise from the electronics sector in creating and securing workplaces for people with disabilities. The goal to be met is the exchange of know-how - the private enterprise provides managerial and technical knowledge, the social enterprise adds its successful personnel development instruments for training and qualifying employees. This cooperation promotes an active, mutual assumption of responsibility by private and social enterprises for the professional integration of people with disabilities.
